Prior, I was heading partnerships at an aggressive tech startup- a truly demanding role. How did I got there? speaks vol. of two basic contributing factors in my life- my unshakable faith; tomorrow’s gonna be better and my ability to connect with people at large.
I started my professional life pretty early during my college days doing a content writing job for a startup while pursuing my undergrad in engineering. Bookish knowledge did not interest me, I hardly attended classes. I found myself signing up for all speech competitions- debates, pitches extempres etc., I won 21 pole positions in multiple formats out of 23 and traveled across the country representing my college and my individual self all this while.Cheers to my friends- Mansi and Ayush for saving my attendance!
During those four wholesome years my father was often called for complaints- “Mr. Khare your daughter is smart, well brought up but not disciplined enough. She doesn’t attend classes. It’s difficult to make her sit in one place”. This came as a shock to my parents for I was a front bencher throughout school.
As a teenager I fancied a glamorous life for myself, my public communication skills gave wings to these dreams. I entered the world of pageantry, won a national pageant and became a finalist at Miss India Earth.
This time coupled with my stint as EIR (entrepreneur in residence) at IIT Mandi, H.P. later in my life made me develop a deep hunger of accumulating knowledge and life experiences, taking ownership and delivering work in an unconventional setup. Safe to say- I was jack of all trades. But, the goal has always been One- “To lift myself up by lifting others”. A principle I believe in and swear my life with.

And what best way would it be then to communicate with people and empower them- not with words but the way of words. Something I truly love giving and I want to share this with you all. Making you a confident speaker, an efficient communicator. To find your voice in life wherever you are, whatever you are doing, however you are dreaming! BE ABLE TO SPEAK WHY? You are doing all of this.
